During the 2010 IIA General Audit Management Conference, Aline offered our very first series of Risk Management Clinics to educate audit executives on pragmatic, field-proven best-practices for developing and leading their organization’s enterprise risk management program.
These clinics review foundational methods employed by our clients in planning and executing effective enterprise risk management programs – with the upshot being more informed and effective communications amongst senior management about risk and risk management from a strategy execution perspective.
We will offer these clinics from time-to-time on-line in order to expose audit executives to the power and simplicity of our methods. -Read the full Press Release
