The PM Experience is a full or half day workshop that will allow you to use a unifying business framework in Enterprise Risk and Performance Management to gain alignment, set priorities and better allocate risk and compliance resources over time.
You will use state of the art tools to tie together the major strategies and objectives required to achieve a company’s goals with the performance metrics, the enterprise risks, the people responsible, and the processes they use.
The workshop is divided into three parts.
- A risk assessment role play around some major categories and types of enterprise risk facing a fictional company.
- A simulation that asks you to make multiple decisions based on business information that reflects changing events, both internal and external.
- A re-assessment of the simulation, but this time with greater visibility on the issues through superior reporting.
